I am available by video session or in person session. I follow COVID-19 guidelines for in- person sessions. I believe that all people can feel satisfaction in their lives and can make changes that will benefit them. My goal is to empower people to achieve their potential. I make myself available to my clients and they feel supported. I work with my clients and together we make a plan that meets their needs and helps them achieve their goals for counseling.

Hi, my name is Saveen and I identify as a South Asian woman and a therapist of color. My main focus is to help clients identify and build on their personal strengths so they can overcome the obstacles preventing them from realizing their full potential. My first priority when I meet with a client is to collaboratively establish therapy goals and determine what they would like to attain from the counseling process. Based on this information I personalize each session to help my clients achieve their goals. With every interaction, my goal is always the same: that you leave my office feeling that you were heard and validated.

I work primarily with adolescents and adult individuals. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem, Breakups/Divorce, PTSD, and Productivity. I offer both traditional and EMDR therapy.

I have provided counseling services in several different settings since 1996. I began my career as an Elementary School Counselor, I have worked as a Family Counselor in an addictions program, and as a Child and Adolescent Counselor in a community mental health center. I took some time off in order to be with my two children full-time. After my children entered school, I decided to resume my professional career and went into private practice.

He has deep expertise and specializations that came from a history of credentialed education; Church Pastoral staff, Psychiatric hospital training and employment, Psychiatric Aid, Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) Instructor, Police Chaplaincy, and specialized certifications in Family Therapy, Marriage Therapy, Adolescent Therapy, Crisis & Abuse Therapy, Sexual & Sex Abuse Therapy, and Substance Abuse & Addiction Therapy.

In my work with adolescents, I help them to achieve life goals, build self-esteem, and healthy peer relationships. For adults with substance use I work with the client to find a path to sobriety by treating the underlying cause, using their inner strengths to support them.
