Have you been struggling with being overwhelmed with childhood trauma, or narcissistic abuse from a partner or family member? My passion is to help women heal from their wounds of abuse as well as help with chronic pain from issues such Endometriosis and Fibromyalgia by using EMDR and somatic technigues. EMDR does not heal the medical conditions but it can help reduce the pain. I am a licensed associate counselor currently under clinical supervision as well as an EMDR therapist working towards certification.

I believe people have a true need to be heard and not have their feelings judged. I will provide a safe space for you to be heard and partner with you as you let go of what no longer serves you.
