Experience has shown that by changing unhealthy patterns, expressing fears, and taking gentle risks, it is possible to live a more satisfying life regardless of past traumas and other issues. With a combination of techniques, we will work together on both short and long term goals. I am an interactive therapist and encourage intensive work both in and out of the office.
