What does it mean to be a man, and more importantly how does that feel? Together we will unlearn the limiting beliefs that stem from our upbringing and societal narratives, and instead learn how to acknowledge, accept, and deal with the full spectrum of emotions we have. My passion is working with kids (5+), adolescents, young adult women, and athletes/sports teams facing challenges such as anxiety, life changes, perfectionistic tendencies, self-esteem, managing big emotions, and sports performance. As a therapist specializing in both young children and young adult women, I recognize the unique challenges each group faces. For children aged 7 to 11, struggles with self-esteem, sadness, friendships, and school can be overwhelming. They may retreat inward when distressed, making it hard for parents to connect. Moreover, the burden of worrying excessively about others’ opinions can drown out their voices. Parents, while supportive, often find themselves unsure of how best to help. In my practice, I specialize in Play Therapy and Child-Centered approaches, offering a safe environment for children to explore their emotions.

My name is Julianna. I’m new to the field, but I’ve had a passion for it since I was 12. I have worked with all ages along with their families, but I’m most effective and extremely enjoy working with individuals ranging from ages 6 to 21. I mostly enjoy working with individuals with a history of suicidal ideations, non-suicidal self-injury, low self-esteem, low motivation, and school avoidance.
