My passion is children. I have dedicated the past 25+ years of my career as a licensed professional, school counselor, and special education teacher (emotional and behavioral disorders) to working with some of the most vulnerable, challenging, and high needs populations. She attended The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and graduated with a double major in Psychology and Religious Studies. She received her Master's Degree in Psychology with a specialty in Professional Counseling and began working as a psychotherapist. She is a practicing Licensed Professional Counselor, Master Addiction Counselor, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, National Certified Counselor, Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. She is a part of LPCA-GA, GACA, and NAADAC.
