I have extensive experience in treating depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem issues, and marital/family issues. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as I believe our thoughts and behaviors are connected and affect one another. I also provide Christian Counseling, as I am a Christian, and that does affect my paradigm. I approach therapy with you being an active participant in the process. I will help you to identify problems and together we’ll come up with plans to create change.
