Coming to therapy can be hard. Our goal is to make therapy and coaching a positive experience. We work mainly with all addictions including sex, porn and gambling as well as relationship issues, couples work and anxiety. We also work with couples having relationship concerns and those seeking premarital counseling. We offer life coaching for those looking to break negative life patterns and those that are having a hard time managing life transitions. We also specialize in teen issues as well as transgender and identity issues and are certified to do phone and video sessions.

As an intensively trained DBT therapist, I use a collaborative approach to help clients build A Life Worth Living. As a performance coach and certified personal trainer, I assist clients in integrating their health and fitness goals with their current lifestyle as well as helping them understand and manage the impact of their emotions on their fitness, health and day to day life. In teaching skills to both groups, I work together with clients to develop their own plan for overcoming the emotional and physical barriers currently challenging them and then how to create their path for moving forward and achieving their goals.
