Hello, my name is Kristen Sessoms. I have a heart for helping those who feel unheard, lost, helpless, and alone. I assist individuals who have suffered from various degrees of trauma. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe open space to process and release. Any individual who needs assistance finding their voice can have comfort in the fact that I genuinely desire to see all of my clients break every chain that has kept them bounded. By providing tangible interventions that teach emotional regulation, emotional awareness, and distress tolerance my clients will take something constructive away every session.

I work with a variety of issues to include anxiety, depression, trauma for children and adults, and ERP techniques for individuals with OCD. I’m licensed in Georgia, Tennessee, and Maryland. I’m currently only offering therapy via telehealth formats. I do work with a variety of insurances and formats from cash based to insurance.

Lateela Burns is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has 12 years of experience as a therapist and case manager. Lateela works with adult and senior adult clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress-related illnesses, chronic pain or chronic health issues, self-esteem issues, and other types of crises. She has also assisted clients experiencing relationship issues, burnout, caregiver strain, and grief. Lateela completed her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology at Xavier University of Louisiana, and her Master of Science (MS) in Professional Counseling at Georgia State University.

My name is Courtney and I am deeply passionate about helping those in struggle find healing and self empowerment so they can start living the life they want to experience. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia ! I have been practicing as a therapist for 18 years working with a wide range of human struggles. I believe the power to change and grow is within us. We need the right conditions to create the change we are seeking.
