Hello! I am glad you have found your way here. I am Alex, and I am a complex trauma therapist and a Marriage and Family psychotherapist. I find myself drawn to working at this intersection of the mind-body connection and applying this with trauma-informed parts work to help clients suffering with complex trauma, including sexual trauma and emotional abuse, as well as divorce, LGBTQ+ issues, gender identity, eating disorders, anxiety and depression, self-harm, and relational problems.
