I desire for people to experience the healing power of being vulnerable and real with God and one another (to know and be known). I seek to make my counseling room a safe and inviting place for clients to be able to work towards healing or to acquire the growth they desire in all areas of their life: mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual.

I have been meeting with individuals and couples for over 35 years. I specialize in helping individuals and couples learn how to communicate more effectively. My focus is on helping the client learn how to talk about his/her emotions in a clear and thoughtful manner. My ideal client(s) is an individual who desires to live out of their true self. I love helping couples and individuals learn to connect in a deeper and more authentic manner.
