I have experience in cultural stress, women's issues, marital/pre-marital, life transitions, and anxiety. My approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Narrative, Dialectical (DBT), and Family Systems therapies. I am passionate about increasing the accessibility of mental health services in marginalized communities and providing culturally competent mental health care.
