You get in to a fight, and afterwards you feel angry, like there's something wrong with you, and that you're completely alone. I know what it's like to struggle in life, and feel alone. You sense that something in you is broken, that no one can help, that no one cares. I get it, I want to help, and I will help. I work with adults who are exhausted from doing it on their own, desperate to get unstuck and want to achieve the best version of themselves, but have no clue about how to do it.

I work with children as young as five and serve all ages through seniors. I recognize God as the healer, and our responsibility and privilege to participate in this process. Hey there! Just jumping in... I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Professional Counseling from Johnson University in Knoxville, TN. I also received my PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisiana Monroe. I enjoy connecting with individuals, couples and parents to help strengthen and empower these relationships to flourish beyond many circumstances. I mostly work with adults 18 and older. Most of my clients are facing relational challenges due to areas that are out of balance in their lives. At the present time, I have about 150 clients. I spend much time working with people with high levels of stress, anxiety and depression. My greatest strengths are in Marriage & Family and Youth Counseling due to the fact that I look for root problems in the lives of people and find ways to retrain them so that they can be much more functional. I am also very effective with self-esteem issues. With additional counselors we can address substance abuse, weight management, child custody issues, divorce mediation, etc.
