I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/therapist licensed in Georgia and New York state. Over the past twenty years, I have worked with a diverse group of clients dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, interpersonal issues, parenting challenges, adjustment issues, and attachment-related trauma. I have also supported many people who have experienced sexual trauma, physical abuse, or emotional abuse. I’ve provided therapy for the past seven years as an LCSW.

Life is ever evolving sometimes we believe it to be perfect, other times we see it as being overwhelming, stressful causing us to feel angry, violent, lost, and overworked, we hear and experience heartrending periods of death/grief, highs, and lows that we believe will last forever. We have been told or view ourselves as flawed, not good enough, emotionally, spiritually, and physically injured by others and we start to see ourselves just as they described us. I'm an Italian – Ghanaian Immigrant and I understand what its like to face uncertainty. At young age I immigrated to the U.S and had to deal with all of life’s curveballs: parental divorce, adjusting to new culture, anxiety, depression, etc. However, I learned what it means to be resilient. Resilience takes vulnerability and courage. It takes believing you will make it out on the other side. I understand what it is like to face life’s pressures and questions: what if I fail, and what if I am not good enough?
