I am also an experienced educator with a twenty-one-year career in higher education. I earned a Ph.D. in Leadership for Higher Education with experience as a dean, academic advisor, financial aid counselor, student leader, and life coach.

In Life we experience so many challenges that it often begins to impact our mental and emotional wellbeing. Sometimes, that impact is hard to recover from and additional help is needed. Total Life Wellness is a private practice located in Gwinnett County. We provide individual, family and group therapy. We work with individuals who have a variety of mental wellness issues such as depression, anxiety, mood and other disorders. Sarah believes that each client is the author of his or her own life experiences, and has the capability of maneuvering and pushing forward through circumstances in life. She recognizes it can be difficult and scary learning and implementing the tools needed to accomplish fears and worries. "It's like exercising a new muscle. It may hurt and get sore by working-out, but the muscle grows stronger the more effort you put into working on it."
