I have a strong background in providing culturally responsive and affirming services to BIPOC, gender, and sexual minorities. My goal for all of my clients is to allow them to feel supported by creating a safe and trustworthy environment. My therapeutic approach begins with a strong base of self-compassion. It takes courage and bravery to seek mental health services. I will work with you to help you realize that you are so much more than your struggles with mental health. I provide empathic listening and share supportive feedback to help clients effectively address the challenges of life.

I have worked with people who are struggling with substance abuse, women's issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, boundary issues and co-dependency, grief and loss, obsessive-compulsive disorder, personal growth, life transitions and goals, and spiritual problems.

I view counseling as an opportunity to explore areas of our lives that hold us back from truth, freedom, wholeness, and healthy relationships. I believe all people are broken, but our lives "make sense" in the context of our family background and life experiences. To me, counseling is about exploring that context to build self awareness as well as a space to learn new tools of coping and relating in an accepting environment. Elizabeth Mooney is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia with a passion for working with motivated children, adolescents, couples, families, and individuals. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, grief, bereavement, trauma, couples and relationship issues, and behavioral issues. Elizabeth received her Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art with a Minor in Child and Family Development from the University of Georgia. Elizabeth has also earned a Master's degree in Marriage and Family therapy from Valdosta State University.

I have a passion for helping people move through their individual seasons of life. Kayeeshia (Kay) Morris is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than 10 years of professional experience working with individual children, teens, and adults, as well as families. Her passion is creating a safe environment for those in need to talk and process their life stressors. Kay has experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, relational issues, trauma, situational stress, and issues with social skills and self-esteem. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), crisis intervention, positive psychology, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).

Robert Bryant is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia who has been practicing since 1996. He has a Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia. Robert has experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, and depression. Robert works with his clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. Outside of work, Robert enjoys running and gardening.

My ideal client is the individual, adolescent, couple, family, veteran who desires to be heard, understood, validated and supported. The ideal client wants to be supported and given tools to help themselves feel better about their situations and in control. The ideal client desires positive growth by being comfortable expressing their beliefs and values in a non-judgmental and safe environment. They look toward positive change, overcoming their obstacles, and have the desire to achieve their goals.
