Dr. Hammond is a post-graduate resident therapist who specializes in building trusting relationships. Lesley works jointly with her clients to create workable and attainable goals in support of each individual’s needs. I believe that if you're faithfully going to therapy and not making progress, it's very likely that you're working on the wrong thing. Instead of figuring out and addressing the root of the problem, you're likely trying to deal with the symptoms of the problem. Like treating cough and congestion when you really should be dealing with the pneumonia that's causing those issues.

You experience worry that is debilitating. You perceive threat that is out of proportion to reality. This is anxiety. You may or may not remember what you experienced, but your body and your behavior are telling the story.
