I have a strong background in providing culturally responsive and affirming services to BIPOC, gender, and sexual minorities. My goal for all of my clients is to allow them to feel supported by creating a safe and trustworthy environment. My therapeutic approach begins with a strong base of self-compassion. It takes courage and bravery to seek mental health services. I will work with you to help you realize that you are so much more than your struggles with mental health. I provide empathic listening and share supportive feedback to help clients effectively address the challenges of life.

I provide therapy to adults, adolescents, and children. I offer a supportive environment aimed at helping my clients gain knowledge about themselves and strengthen their coping skills to deal with their difficulties. My goal is to promote self-growth, well-being, and the ability to develop healthier relationships. I utilize an integrative approach, drawing upon diverse treatment methods, adjusting the therapy to clients' needs. My areas of interest include Depression, Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Grief and Loss, Substance Abuse, Anger Management, Parenting, Relational Problems, and Ethnical/Cultural Diversity Issues. I perform Substance Abuse and Anger Management Evaluations.
