Ann is passionate about counseling adults and adolescents from all walks of life. For the past fifteen years, she has helped individuals and families who were struggling with mood disorders (Major Depressive Disorder and Bipolar Disorder) anxiety, eating disorders, addiction, grief, anger management, codependency, trauma, peer relationships, self-harming, unplanned pregnancy, divorce, infidelity, personality disorders, and unexpected change. She also has experience and enjoys working with clients from the LGBTQ community.

Hi, I'm Sasha, a Master's level Mental Health Counseling student with a Marriage and Family Therapy certificate at Richmont Graduate University, serving Embrace as a Clinical Intern. I am a Certified Prepare & Enrich Facilitator inspired by wanting to be a resource of Hope for others. I enjoy helping young adult couples and individuals work through their relationship dynamics, communication, and conflict in healthy and sustainable ways. We may sometimes feel that we are not able to embody our identify and beliefs. Feeling you should be something you are not is unbearable: what is core to you can be honored, and what is not can be examined and then embraced, accepted or changed. What we choose to value, and how we pursue those values, dictate what we are to become. Some things cannot be changed, and yet we can choose how we move around them.
