Hello there! My name is Rosy Gumbs and I am passionate about women’s mental health. I have a background in school counseling and have worked in private practice for 2 years. I have now transitioned to help women who feel overwhelmed and confused as they go through challenging life transitions from starting a career, childbirth, fertility challenges, and grief and loss. I am most passionate about working with women who feel like they are “not good enough” and dealing with burnout professionally and personally.

It was 2013 when my husband and I received the diagnosis of unexplained infertility, explaining five years of unsuccessful pregnancy attempts. It is my own journey that drives my passion to support those also struggling on their path to and through parenthood. I am a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) and I am certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). I use EMDR for trauma. I use CBT most of the time. Sometimes I use an eclectic approach.
