Greetings. I am a Counselor/ Therapist that focuses on meeting your needs. We are here for you as our country is undergoing a major crisis. We are offering telemental health video sessions for you. My role as a Licensed Counselor is to provide confidential behavioral health services to adults, children and adolescents in an outpatient or community setting. I focus on identifying core issues. Duties will include, but not limited to individual counseling, group therapy, family counseling and contact within the community in terms of locating employment, self help & housing.

Divorce and family issues are hard to deal with, so I provide therapy to help through hard times. I work with parents and grandparents who are suffering due to alienation and post traumatic stress. I also assist in high-conflict divorce cases where parental alienation exists meeting with the children and adults involved. My experience includes educational counseling experience, as well as life experience. Helping parents and children get through many life changes such as divorce and re-adjustments can be assisted with therapy by giving them tools to cope.

I believe that children may not always have the words to express what is going on in their world. As a therapist to children and teens, I can help build self-esteem, increase their coping and emotional regulation skills, decrease anxious behaviors, & nurture their creativity. I can provide support in helping children build resilience and strengthen their relationships with others by facilitating communication through play and expressive arts therapy. I use art, music, play, and modeling to promote emotional growth and learning throughout our sessions together. I provide a safe space for everyone who walks through my door.
