Cecelia Dixie, LCSW, was born in the state of Georgia and has remained in the state for most of her life. She earned her Bachelor of Human Services/Sociology from Lagrange College and then completed her Master of Social Work at the University of South Carolina, Columbia. For the past 17 years, Cecelia has worked in the field of social work with different populations ranging from children to senior citizens.
