I am an Anxiety, OCD and Trauma specialist. When clients come to work with me they are often struggling with fear of the unknown, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, behavioral and mental compulsions, negative intrusive thoughts and other such patterns that are taking them deeper into the fear spiral. In therapy, I support my clients in developing a kinder relationship with themselves while becoming more conscious of the negative coping patterns that are holding them in cycles of pain. We work on shifting this while also developing the positive coping skills needed to move towards a healthier, freer and more joyful life.

I am well-suited, competent, and clinically trained in a variety of treatment approaches including but not limited to CBT, Trauma, attachment injury, internal family systems, DBT, and childhood trauma. I have an interest in working with substance misuse, and all types of addiction, including gambling and increasingly common tech porn.

Welcome! I am a Georgia LCSW, specializing in narcissistic abuse recovery, trauma, anxiety, and depression with adults ages 18 and above. I have over 12 years of experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship difficulties and providing parent coaching. I provide treatment to address problematic behaviors (emotion dysregulation, insomnia, and substance use), troubling emotions (fear, depression, and anxiety), maladaptive thought patterns (self-criticism and rumination), and relationship issues (work, family, and dating).
