Welcome!, my name is Destiny and I am a licensed professional counselor, certified trauma professional, and EMDR-Trained therapist practicing in the state of Georgia for four year and now Florida. However, I have been in the mental health field as a student, paraprofessional, advocate, and blogger for 6 years. Over the years I have worked with many diverse individuals and groups in inpatient, private practice, residential, and corrections. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, and I primarily use Eye Movement Densensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy as main modality but also use others are based on research and evidence.
