In my practice, I use an integrative therapy approach that combines person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and existential therapy techniques. Throughout my years as a counselor, it has been my goal to provide my clients with an environment that is friendly, supportive, and non-judgmental. Providing meaning and purpose to life's sometimes painful experiences is one of the keys to coping and healing.
