I have my Master and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University (California). I have my certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I have been licensed in Nevada as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2006. I became licensed in the state of Georgia in 2018 and have a telehealth license for South Carolina. I moved to Augusta with my family several years ago. I use an integrative modality approach. I primarily focus on the family as a system for effective and long-term change. I encourage family members to be a part of the therapy process.

She received her Master's of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, GA and earned her Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR. Jihene is also a National Certified Counselor and an Approved Clinical Supervisor with the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). She is also a Certified EMDR provider.

Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing since 1998. She believes that everyone has strengths inside them to deal with problems and changes in life. She uses a strengths perspective to help children and adults as they face challenges, as well as using various techniques of CBT and DBT to fit the needs of the patient. Kelly has been trained in motivational interviewing and has vast expertise in end of life and grief work for children and adults, as well as experience with military culture and veterans. Kelly moved to Georgia in 2013. She is married with two adult children.
