Tikeisha Moore, MS, is a recent graduate of Divine Mercy University and is currently accepting new clients. I believe in Holistic therapy that focuses on a person’s physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. My approach consists of CBT and EFT with clients as well. I am open to using approaches that benefit the client. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I have also worked with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.

I help my clients move past a place of hopelessness to one of hopefulness in every area of their lives. I really enjoy helping individuals navigate life by giving them a safe outlet to develop skills and learn more about themselves. Hi! My name is Cynthia Russell and I love being a therapist. I love helping people come from where they are in life to where they want to be. I have had the joy working in the community, inpatient, and within hospitals. In those experiences, it has lead my to create a place at Living in Freedom for individuals to come and experience the chance and opportunity to know that they can live in the freedom of one's life and not be held to what is causing pain, hurt and other emotions that are not wanted in one's life.

When we think about counseling, sometimes we think that you have to sit in an uncomfortable couch and have someone “analyze” everything that you’re saying and tell you if you’re crazy or not. Although you do have sit on a couch when you come to counseling and do have to share your information with a therapist, however, think of counseling as a safe space where you can be yourself and not feel like you are being judged by your actions or for who you are. I am a graduate from Walden University and have a master’s degree of science in clinical mental health counseling (MS).

I believe that every client is different and love to pull from all psychological theories in order to best help the individual I’m working with. My name is Chrishina J. Scott. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have 15 years of experience in clinical mental health. I work with adults ages 18 and older who have Life Transitions, Stress, Anxiety, Women's Issues, and Coping Skills. My primary treatment approach is Solution Focused Brief Therapy. However, I am skilled in utilizing other treatment modalities to help you reach your goals, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Supportive Therapy. Ms. Nikhol B. Jackson, LPC, MFT, BC-TMH, CPCS Ms. Jackson has an immense passion for adults, couples, and families. Nikhol has over 15 years of experience working with Adults, Couples, and Families. She has worked extensively with individuals needing assistance with managing anxiety and or depression as a result of major life transitions, i.e., career changes, relationship shifts, and the loss of a loved one.
