Hello! My name is D'Alma Bradley. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC). I am a person-centered therapist that meets the client where they are at. I work with a range of clients from adolescents/teens- older adulthood. The clients that I see come because of life transitions, anxiety, boundaries, family issues, people-pleasing, relationship concerns, and amongst other things.

Many people are reluctant to seek help, therefore they will suffer in silence. Life can often be difficult, and overwhelming, and it seems that you will never get through that moment. This may be due to past or present trauma, divorce, anxiety, mental health issues, or other situations in life. You may need someone to guide you through those difficult moments to find the healing and peace you desire. The therapeutic interventions I use will assist you in finding those things. I believe in marriage. I believe that any marriage can be saved if three things are present: 1) both husband and wife are willing to take responsibility for their own behavior, 2) both are willing to change the parts of their own behavior that needs to be changed and 3)both have a little bit of "one more try" remaining in them.

In our sessions we will explore the shadow self, fears, shame and guilt, how to be more genuinely yourself and to have a safe space to share your voice to help you be seen. I use recreational art in counseling to help us see things with a new perspective or work out emotions in a different way through colors, images, writing and storytelling. Everyone has their own unique experiences which I intend to use to empower the client as well as being an ally and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community.
