I am a licensed professional Mental Health Counselor for the state of Georgia. All individuals have the capacity to live fulfilling lives if given the coping skills and strategies for mental and psychological health and growth. Helping clients gain awareness of their own personal power in order to move forward in a positive way is the focus and joy of my practice. I am a non-secular therapist though I embrace all "spiritualities." I believe, when possible, working through challenges med free is important to avoid an emotional and/or physical dependency.

I am a mental health counselor working in a private practice setting in Canton, GA. I serve a variety of clients, from children and adolescents to older, more mature clients with lots of "life experiences." I work with some individuals who have had a long history of mental illness and who have been treated in hospital settings for their condition. I also work with people who have never been diagnosed with a mental illness or hospitalized, but who are looking to work on particular issues in their lives and set goals to improve their relationships with others.

Finding an inclusive, affirming, and radical therapist in the South can be disheartening. I am here to help marginalized/minority people and their relations to navigate the challenges our society places on them. As a mixed-Indigenous, queer, cisgender woman, I welcome adult clients who are exploring their multi-layered identity, navigating difficult family/community dynamics, searching for chosen family, and healing from past/current trauma. I assist those whose anxiety takes over at the worst possible moments. Say, at work, school, the grocery store, in the car, or home alone and nothing is working to calm down or make it stop. I walk along side those whose inner critic, insecurities, and low self-esteem has taken their life from them but can't pinpoint the cause or "why". I also work with those whose emotions are so overwhelming so they act out of character, overly people-please, fear rejection, and hide their true selves away. For those "black sheeps" struggling with imposter syndrome and becoming exhausted daily keeping up with the expectations and goals of others.

Due to recent COVID-19 events, I am offering online services. We take care of our body, we need to take care of our mind too. Sometimes in life we need to be able to reach out to someone to walk through our issues and develop a plan. I care and know you can be all you want to be. I provide professional help in the following areas: Women's issues, psychological issues, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, eating disorders, and substance abuse.
