I am a fully licensed, bilingual clinician working with a diverse population. Since 2010, I have worked with Adolescents and Children as well as with families, and groups. The populations were diverse anywhere from depression, multiple personalities, trauma victims, alcohol abuse, physical/emotional and sexual abuse, anxiety, anger management, self-mutilators, bipolar, bullying victims, OCD, conduct/Oppositional, some eating disorders, grief self-esteem to name a few.

As someone in recovery from mental health challenges I've experienced it all. In being lost and finding my way back I've come to know the terrain you're navigating. In my years of counseling this has allowed for deeper connections and radical transformations. My professional experience has led to teaching other mental health professionals and guiding the transformation of a large hospital system. ​ Whatever it is that you're facing, through my personal experience I might understand what you are going through and be in a unique position to provide what you need.

I have been in practice for a number of years, so my experiences are varied. I work with everyone.....children, adolescents and adults. I am knowlegeable and skillful in the treatment of emotional, behavioral and substance abuse issues. I am fortunate to have practiced with extremely knowledgeable and skillful clinicians as my mentors so my skills go beyond the textbooks. I specialize in working with those who are struggling with a life crisis, and provide 3 different virtual groups specialized in anger management, women problems, and clinical supervision to students. To recover, every day we make choices that either lead us toward wellness or choices that lead us further down the road of our illness. Whether it is premarital counseling, couples counseling, individual or young adult counseling services you seek, if you are open to change, I am open to working with you to find solutions and answers to your situation in office or online. The past is in the present and the body remembers. With you guiding the sessions, I help you identify your earliest coping mechanisms so you can gain insight into why you have difficulties in the present. We can engage in "talk therapy" or I can use my skills and training in EMDR therapy to help you heal past trauma and to prepare for a brighter future! I have added two more therapist to the business.
