Since 2013, I have been serving clients struggling with trauma, PTSD, addiction, relationship/family conflict, depression, and anxiety. Therapy is a journey into yourself. It is choosing to step out of your comfort zone into an uncomfortable place in order to grow and heal. When we face and process our feelings and emotions, they become less overwhelming and painful. I am trauma-focused and see therapy through a lens of trauma, which is on a spectrum. I use traditional talk therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR, CBT, Hypnotherapy, and somatic approaches. I provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

It’s so hard to come to terms with all the difficult experiences. The moments of feeling unseen, unheard, or unworthy can be painful. Greetings! Dr. Truth has 20+ years specializing in healing for psychological trauma (2yrs old -100+). She utilizes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) & storytelling to help individuals “work through” or process their trauma stories. Dr. Truth’s purpose & mission is to Break Generational Cycles (family /relationship patterns, unproductive/false/negative core beliefs, thoughts and feelings of fear that keep you "stuck" in situations) that state if you were born with certain risk factors you must live a certain lifestyle. Dr. Truth utilizes empowerment to assist you in reclaiming your power & discovering your purpose.
