I offer animal assisted therapy! Animal assisted therapy can help enhance your therapeutic experience. Dogs have been shown to decrease blood pressure and reduce stress and anxiety. Everybody needs a little extra help sometimes and that’s ok! Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, sexuality issues, or just overwhelmed with life in general, being able to talk through it and gain a better understanding of why you are feeling the way you do is incredibly helpful.
