For over 35 years, as both a fertility psychologist and OB/GYN with a strong interest in infertility, I have loved helping people on their fertility journey. Are you on a fertility journey? For many of us, issues with fertility mark the first time that we've wanted our bodies to do something that they seem not capable of doing. Challenges with fertility are traumatic experiences. I am compassionate, spiritual professional therapist that has a desire of seeing others reach their purpose in life. I have a wealth of over 15 years experience providing individual, family, couple therapy to those who have depression, anxiety, endured trauma, relationship concerns, or life stressors with work, personal, or family. My clients age from 10 years old to 62. They are diverse in reference to gender, culture, race, spiritualty, and relational beliefs.

The road to a better life begins here. I listen. I believe that being a good listener is key to understanding my patients. I work in collaboration with you because I believe that you are your best asset. Most people just need help with shifting their perspective so that they can see their strengths and vulnerabilities in a different light. A belief in personal growth is key to successfully resolving issues of grief, depression, social anxiety, low self esteem, conflict avoidant, or just feeling stuck in your life. Without question my heart, passion, and skill set is working with men and young males ages 18 and up. Specifically, African American males with disabilities and behavioral challenges at home, work, and in community settings. My background and education provides an unique perspective into the challenges young males and men face. In addition, my strong belief in the family unit, as modeled by my personal lifestyle, provides me with an equal passion to see couples married and non-married figure out how to transition into lifestyles that best suite their individual and collective mental, emotional, and spiritual needs.

I have over 15 years of experience working with diverse populations in schools and the community. My clinical experience includes agency and private sector counseling, working with children, adolescents and adults. I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities to focus on the client and their needs. Treating the whole individual is my main focus and will work with the client and/or family to ensure that you reach your full potential.

I divide my time between trauma therapy and marriage and family therapy. My practice offers individual therapy, couples counseling, mediation, diagnostic and forensic evaluations, and coparenting services. In individual therapy, I tend to work with clients on improving symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, family issues, and PTSD.

I am a caring and compassionate clinical social worker with 20 + years of experience serving children, adolescents, and adults. When people experience significant life stressors or trauma, their lives often begin to unravel, and they find it difficult to function. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with the daily stressors of life, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I’m also passionate about working to improve the social and emotional development of young people, and often work with parents who need support in managing their children’s challenging behaviors.

We are a group of Licensed Clinical Social Workers approved with Medicare, Medicaid, and other private insurance companies to provide mental health services.
