Our physical, mental, relational and spiritual health are affected parts of our whole self. My focus is on supporting clients through life challenges with awareness of the interconnection between mind, body, and spirit. Clients who come to my practice may be facing social stigma, identity, life changes, or health challenges, adjusting to medical treatment that leave them feeling unsupported, anxious, depressed, or spiritually depleted. As a psychotherapist and Art Therapist, I offer evidenced-based approaches, including Mindfulness, Art Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Above all treatment modalities, the biggest predictor of success in therapy is a positive relationship between the client and the therapist. My previous experience as an art teacher and artist grants me a deep love for the arts as a tool for healing, which I often use in my practice. Do you need help with your relationship? I specialize in Couples Counseling, with a speciality in premarital counseling. I help couples design their marriage. I choose to work with only a select few clients who are motivated and who recognize the investment of marital counseling. This is the most important investment that you will make in your relationship. Counseling is a priority and should be completed at the first indication of problems. I work with couples and individuals online and in person for a fee of $150 (individuals) and $200 (Couples) per session.
