Moms are grappling to make picture-perfect Pinterest parties for kids who barely speak to them, make sure her parents can still live independently, connect to husbands who are trying to succeed amid the stresses of work, all while surpassing expectations at the office. It's hard to explain to your teenager why they should have to work for their trip to Europe because it builds "character", in a Kardashian society.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a warm, affirming space to help you heal and embrace your most authentic self. My work draws from trauma-informed, feminist, and body-liberated ideologies to create space that facilitates healing from trauma, exploration of identity, and finding freedom from limiting thoughts and beliefs. Noelle Johnson is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with experience in hospital, inpatient, and residential levels of care. She is passionate about offering a non-judgmental, direct, and compassionate approach to aid clients in building resiliency and addressing their concerns in a safe and productive manner. She has experience with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, psychosis, and mood disorders. Noelle completed both her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Auburn University.
