Trauma is a spectrum, most people have experienced some degree of it in their life. With this, other issues like depression, anxiety, struggles with emotions, negative thoughts, and others—often develop as a result. My goal is to empower, teach skills, and provide resources and insight to help you create more space, clarity, confidence, and freedom from the past so that you can experience the life you want.

My goal is to assist my clients to be able to overcome past traumas, insecurities, negative relationship habits and other negative patterns that hinder their ability to create and maintain healthy relationships.
