I have served Athens and surrounding communities since 2007. Through training and experience, my specialities include trauma, family relationships & conflicts, LGBTQ+, anxiety, self esteem, and life transitions. Making a decision to begin mental health care is an important decision and my hope is to help you meet your emotional and mental health needs.

Rebecca Coursey is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who has been practicing since 2000. She graduated from Georgia State University with a MS. in "¨ Professional Counseling. Rebecca believes in CBT Treatment Her main areas of focus include Depression, Anxiety, OCD. In Rebecca's spare time, she enjoys music, reading books, walking, and hiking.

I've offerred listening, provided therapy, or consulted for almost 20 years. I've worked across the develpmental spectrum and have addressed everyday adjustment issues, mood/anxiety disorders, transitional challenges (i.e. career/job change, relocation), relational issues to name a few. Using a culturally informed approach I've had the priviledge of working with many marginalized communities, including people of color, people experiencing poverty & veterans to name a few. I work with people experiencing anxiety, OCD, emotional overwhelm, identity issues, relational trauma, and/or life transitions. My clients often experience cathartic "lightbulb" moments when we connect the dots between their life experiences, mental health symptoms, the brain, and the body. Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming and even scary, but you're not alone. Together we'll harness your unique strengths to help you navigate problems, gain confidence, and reduce stress. Some of the approaches I use include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic work, DBT, EMDR, exposure therapy, art, and music.

Haley Holt earned her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and her Master's in Social Work degree at Valdosta State University. She completed her internship at Archbold Northside Partial Hospitalization Program, where she provided psychological services to meet a variety of presenting concerns. After finishing her degree, she worked as an inpatient therapist conducting individual, group and family therapy in a hospital setting. Haley's professional experiences also consist of working in a leadership role, with duties including supervising entry level therapists and collaborating with community service providers.

Anna Wohleking is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) in the state of Georgia who has over 8 years of experience partnering with children ages 4-18 and their families who are seeking help with ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, foster care, depression, anger management, mood disorders, and grief or bereavement.
