Hello! I am Salita Wynn a licensed professional counselor. I focus on finding solutions to many problems we face in life. My focus ranges from anxiety, and depression, to trauma and post-traumatic stress disorders. My therapeutic approach is the constructivist approach. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I utilize a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also offer parenting assistance to parents struggling with their children's behaviors. As a neuropsychologist, I aim to incorporate total wellness. I encourage my clients to utilizing psychotherapy while simultaneously working on improving nutrition and exercise. My focus is on providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan based on your goals. I incorporate a variety of treatment modalities including psychodynamic or cognitive behavioral therapy, biofeedback, and mindfulness meditation.
