Are you dreading this holiday season? Are you feeling anxious about getting together with family that maybe you don’t see eye to eye on life with (such as recent world events)? Maybe you’re facing the holidays without a loved one whom has passed or maybe your lack of boundaries has you saying ‘yes” to everyone else and no to your own self-care. The holidays, unfortunately, are not always the “cheeriest” of times for everyone. What if you could find solace and healing in just a few sessions before the holidays and actually be able to enjoy the holidays this season? ART can offer quick, effective healing for all these issues!

We often hear the phrase “In life, there are no guarantees.” However, that’s not completely accurate. One thing that is inevitable in life is that there will be change. Sometimes it is subtle, small in comparison to the grand scheme of the things we are facing. At other times, change hits us with the force of a ton of bricks, stopping us in our tracks and negatively impacting our daily lives. It is at these times that our mental, emotional, and physical health becomes susceptible to life's stressors and where we may suffer a decline in our quality of life. You don't have to face these times alone.
