Stress Management and Resilience Training(SMART)
I am a certified clinician by Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital to provide Stress Management and Resiliency Training (SMART). SMART is an 8-session group and is being provided in my office. Through these 8 sessions, 1.You will learn how our body, mind and stress are interacting with each other as shown by scientific research. 2. You will learn skills and strategies aiming to reduce physical and emotional symptoms. 3. You will discover your steps to become more Resilient to your challenging life situation.
