I have served various populations and have a diverse background assisting people with challenges such as trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, grief and loss and relationship problems, to name a few. I tend to approach therapy from a positive and holistic perspective as it is vital to find balance in your life and it begins with self-esteem.
I believe in a trust-based relationship and going at YOUR pace, at your comfort level. My clients typically tell me how much better they feel after one session, as building and establishing a strong rapport is crucial, in order for the therapy outcome to be successful! Take your time!
