If your life and relationship have been damaged by the discovery of an affair or a spouse's compulsive sexual behavior you are in the right place. We specialize in 1 to 3-day couples intensives designed to restore truth, rebuild trust, and heal betrayal trauma. The intensive model allows us to do several weeks of therapy/coaching in a few short days. The intensive includes a full disclosure with a polygraph designed to rebuild trust. You will learn to identify triggers, work through the pain together, and learn valuable tools to help you rebuild your relationship. We offer 1-1 support as well as weekly couples sessions.
Fritch Counseling and Coaching is operated by husband and wife team, David and Heather Fritch. Heather is a betrayal trauma specialist and Christian sex therapist with a PhD in counseling, and David Fritch is a Certified Coach and Pastoral Sex Addiction Professional.
We know there's a tremendous amount of shame and pain surrounding this issue and that getting the right help feels vulnerable. We will meet you with compassion and expert care and give you a clear path to restoring your life and relationship.
