Sometimes we come out on top, while other times we get dragged down by heartaches, broken relationships, and frustrations. Our coping skills stop working. We can keep on limping along or reach out and ask for help. As a therapist practicing for over 10 years, I have had the honor of journeying with children, adults, and families through their challenges to find hope and healing.
My areas of interest include childhood trauma, depression/ anxiety, compulsive behaviors, family dynamics, ADHD, and codependency. When working with youth, I am passionate about building bridges between parents and children. I also enjoy helping people work through unhelpful thinking and automatic responses that develop after traumatic events.
