Together, we create a treatment plan for positive change. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my skills focus on healing relationships, improving positive connection, improving communication and helping you find joy in your life again. Relationship Problems, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, can wear down our resilience. Engaging in therapy restores hope, and helps you and your loved ones move in a happier direction.
I use advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to help partners and spouses find their way back to each other, connect, feel safe and supported. As a Certified Child Mental Health Specialist, I can help with parenting challenges, provide new strategies and help your teen get back on track with their growth and development.
