I believe in treating individuals holistically with the use of EMDR, Strength-Based, Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed, Somatic and Mindful approaches. My methods include Qigong and Yoga. I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, trauma, domestic violence, sexual identity issues, and gender identity issues. I am Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
