We specialize in pre-teens, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, panic, phobias or obsessive thoughts.

We can help by being gentle listeners. We understand how anxious people are unique. They need compassionate, non-judgmental therapy. They need someone who understands what actually works to help. We also have group therapy for children and adolescents who are working on coping skills to manage depression and anxiety.

If you need someone to listen, we are here to help. If your teen needs a group or an individual therapist, we have a team of support and your teen can pick their counselor from the list. We will help you find the right fit.

Teen Anxiety Group Ages 15-17

Free Clear Mind

This group runs for ten weeks and works on anxiety coping skills. Girls and boys (mostly girls). We follow CBT and DBT methods. We help teens question their thoughts or learn about emotions. We use a lot of art during the first hour which helps them express and tap into their emotions. Creative, popular group. 12 participants total but we break into two small groups for the second hour.

Pre-Teen Anxiety Group Ages 11-3

This is an open group that meets every Saturday from 10-12p. Lots of breakfast snacks. We learn coping skills to help kids manage anxiety and life's stressors. Many of these kids have social or school anxiety. They might also struggle with specific phobias. Our goal is to help give your children ways to manage their stressful thoughts as well as create memorable and fun art projects. Fishers location at 141st and SR37.
