Those women who have finally decided they'd rather be honest because shame hasn't manifested a meaningful life. They are present and ready for change!
I am ready to help you create a life of substance! When we finally decide we are ready for change we need less shame and more love. We get there, by learning mindfulness skills, self-compassion techniques, affirming strategies, and rigorous honesty. We have what it takes to solve our problems; sometimes we need support, accountability, care, and strategy.
I know why you have been reluctant up to this point. Change is hard and I get it. Finding motivation is not always easy but it is always worth it. You deserve to heal.
