Welcome to my practice. I am an LCSW, CADC in practice for over 40 years. My orientation to treatment is client centered meaning you, the client will guide and make decisions about your therapy experience. Success in treatment is determined by you and how supported you feel by me as your advocate and companion on the journey to recovery. Because my approach is person centered, I will help you work through whatever barriers to success may be your challenge. We work as a team. This is my commitment to everyone who may choose treatment in my practice. I provide online therapy only at this time.
I have worked in the addictions field for 35 years and the mental health field for 40 years. I can help individuals choosing to address issues of addiction, trauma/PTSD, gender identity, LGBTQ issue, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and other mental health diagnosis that challenge an individual in day to day living.
I am a Certified Brainspotting clinician and consultant. Brainspotting is a specialized treatment method for individuals with a history of trauma and those who feel they are not progressing as they should in traditional treatment approaches. Brainspotting focuses on the neurobiological causes of PTSD and other mental health disorders.
