Professionally, I have a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and had the privilege of studying the mind. I practice EMDR therapy and am trained by the Gottman Institute in Couples Therapy. I borrow from neuroscience, attachment theory, and behavioral training to bring healing to the mind, body, soul, and relationships.
When I was 8 years old, my mother acquired schizophrenia. Living in a context where mental illness was stigmatized, I developed a passion to bridge the gap.
