I'm a licensed professional counselor (LCP) in the state of Pennsylvania. I received my master’s degree in clinical psychology from Millersville University, and I have a doctoral degree in human development from Marywood University. I have been in the behavioral health field for over 35 years. Over the years, I have come along with a wide variety of people to help them improve their lives.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and then dive into specific challenges and the history of those challenges. This session is used to develop a plan that we will develop together to address the challenges.
Having worked with many different people over the years, I have developed a way to come along side people and help them navigate their challenges. We will be using tools that help people understand themselves and how to navigate their concerns. We will also create a tailored plan that will be used to measure progress.
