Living in the PAUSE, PLLC Practice, Authentic, Unapologetic, Self, Evolution is the PAUSE. This is accomplished through an eclectic, therapeutic approach to your needs. Learning to Practice the “PAUSE” is a change in the way we move through everyday life. Those with LTP provide treatment in a kind and empathetic manner. Specializing in the treatment of anxiety, grief and loss, LGBTQIA+ concerns. My goal will be providing individuals with a safe space to explore life challenges. We will work together to create a plan focused on your journey to empower you.
I will work with you to develop healthy and positive coping mechanisms that will assist you in overcoming hardships with the focus of finding internal peace. My practice focus is adults, anxiety, grief and loss, health issues, LGBTQIA+, and spirituality, to name a few. I am passionate about helping people and will empower you to be your own best advocate.
